The first stage is to remove your old timber boardings and any rotten structural supports. Replacing them with new and specially treated support timbers and boardings.
We then add a layer of insulation (optional), using the latest multi-layer, high quality, light-weight materials. The insulation will help to keep your Park Home cooler in the Summer, warmer in the Winter and help reduce your fuel bills.

Exterior Coating using Resitex Coatings, a specially formulated coating for Park Homes and is highly weather proof whether you live in the countryside or at the coast in salty weather conditions. Resitex comes in a variety of colours and finishes.. We use Resitex coatings because:
- It is specially formulated with Park Homes in mind, making it extremely durable in all weather conditions
- Uses the latest environmentally friendly mould and algae resisters, laboratory tested against a wide range of fungus, algae and spores
- Will not crack or craze during the movement of the substrates caused by normal expansion and contraction
- Available in a wide range of colours to complement your Park Home (see below)

If we uncover any further work that may need to be done, we will inform you and offer an additional written quote for that work. You can choose for us to complete the additional work, or get a third party to do this.
