Fascias & Soffits
We replace old and rotted fascia boards and soffits with easy to maintain uPVC alternatives. uPVC will not rot or crack like traditional wooden fascias and soffits and complementary products are used to ensure the whole system is ventilated, secure and weather-proof.
Guttering & Downpipes
Using uPVC; flaking, rusting or cracked guttering and pipe work will be a thing of the past. Available in a choice of profiles (angled or rounded) and a choice of finishes, we are sure there is a product to complement your park home
Felt-Trays
Using under tile felt-trays your felt will never rot again allowing rain into your Home. Felt trays allow the rain to run-off directly towards the guttering and thus help protect against sagging of eaves and ponding of water which happens once water damages the felt. Ensuring your Home remains weather-proof with no maintenance required.
Written quotations
We offer a full written quotation for you to understand exactly what we do. Once you have agreed, we will start the job. If we uncover any further work that may need to be done, we will inform you and offer an additional written quote for that work. You can choose for us to complete the additional work, or get a third party to do this.
